Hi....I contacted chimmewie property sometime in August after I got really fed up with dealing with agents so I decided to go with someone professional....we had the initial meeting at their office, made all necessary payments and signed an agreement. Based on my choice of a house,I got a lot of feedback from them and they did a really good job paying attention to my budget. Overall I think it was on ok experience eventhough we had some let downs when he tried getting places through other agents but he kept me updated and did some negotiations where needed. At the end I didn't really get a place through them but through the agent I was dealing with before. I would say chimme property is very professional, makes their customers a priority and try their best to secure a property for their customers.
